Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are created, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The fa222 platform currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. When making a deposit, you must use your own registered mobile number — using another person's account or number is not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Under normal circumstances, a withdrawal request may take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Funds will be sent to the same mobile banking number registered to your account.

fa222 reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:

• Account verification has not been completed.
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• There is suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Multiple requests are submitted while one is still under review.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

After opening a new account on fa222, a 150% bonus is awarded on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳12,000, you will receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposit.

The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. If the account is closed without fulfilling the wagering conditions, the bonus will be forfeited.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

If an attempt is made to collect bonuses through multiple accounts, engage in bonus arbitrage, or use bonuses in any other fraudulent manner, the account or accounts involved will be closed immediately and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

The fa222 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Cashback is added directly to the account balance. The conditions for changing VIP tiers are set by fa222 and the right to change them from time to time is reserved.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fa222:

• Operating an account on behalf of or together with a minor.
• Money laundering or transacting funds from illegal sources.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Operating multiple accounts or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Attempting to hack or bypass the platform's security systems.
• Using fraudulent tactics against other players.
• Attempting to complete account verification using false identities or documents.

In the event of any of the above violations, fa222 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account and forfeit all balances.
